Service Plans FAQ

How our plans work, what's included, and how to find the right fit for your organization.

Our service plans are built around what you actually need — not a generic menu of deliverables. Here's a breakdown of how our offerings work, what's included, and how to find the right fit for your organization.

Our Service Areas

What services does StraitLeap offer?

We specialize in four core areas:

Do you work with nonprofits, small businesses, and government-adjacent organizations?

Yes — all three. Our work spans grassroots nonprofits, community development organizations, small and mid-size businesses, and mission-driven brands. We are particularly experienced in the Bronx community and Northeast New York ecosystem.

Service Plans & Tiers

What tiers of service do you offer?

We offer three plan tiers:

All tiers can be customized. View current plans.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on scope, frequency of deliverables, and level of strategic involvement. We are transparent about rates and don't believe in hidden fees. Pricing is shared during the discovery call and formalized in your service agreement.

Can I start small and scale up?

Absolutely — and we encourage it. Many of our clients begin with the Essentials tier and expand as their needs and budget grow. We make it easy to adjust your plan at the start of a new quarter.

Deliverables & Timelines

How quickly can I expect deliverables?

Timelines depend on the complexity of the work and are outlined in your service agreement. Typically: social content is delivered on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule; newsletters are produced monthly; strategy documents are completed within the first two weeks of onboarding.

How many revisions are included?

Most deliverables include two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are available at an hourly rate. We communicate clearly if a request falls outside the agreed scope so there are no surprises.

How do you handle approvals?

We share content for review before it's published. You retain final approval over all client-facing materials. We use a shared workspace for streamlined feedback and version tracking.
