The White Plains Road Neighborhood Plan is led by the New York City Department of City Planning in partnership with local officials and agencies. It guides long-term growth, land use, and investment along White Plains Road — a key corridor in the Northeast Bronx — with input from residents, businesses, and community stakeholders.
