What's included in a Growth Package?
Each package includes a combination of services based on your selected tier, which may include: content strategy, social media management, community engagement support, newsletter management, storytelling and copywriting, and partnership development. Specific deliverables are outlined in your service agreement.
How do I know which package is right for me?
We recommend starting with a free discovery call. During that conversation we assess your goals, current capacity, and budget — then recommend the tier that best fits your needs. There's no pressure and no one-size-fits-all here.
Can I customize my package?
Yes. Our packages are a starting point, not a box. If you need more of one service and less of another, we can build a custom scope that reflects your actual priorities. Custom packages are available at any tier.
Do packages include strategy or just execution?
Both. Every package begins with a strategy phase where we align on your brand voice, audience, goals, and content approach. Execution follows — and we check in regularly to ensure what we're producing is working.
Pricing & Commitment
Are packages month-to-month or do they require a long-term commitment?
We offer both. Month-to-month engagements are available at a standard rate. Quarterly and annual commitments include a discount and priority scheduling. Most clients see the best results from a minimum 3-month engagement.
What does pricing look like?

Do you offer sliding scale or nonprofit pricing?
Yes. We are deeply committed to supporting grassroots organizations and community-serving nonprofits. Sliding scale pricing is available on a case-by-case basis. Reach out and let's have a real conversation.
Working Together: What to Expect
What does the onboarding process look like?
After signing your service agreement and completing your intake form, we schedule a kickoff session within the first week. From there we build your content calendar, establish communication rhythms, and begin production. Most clients are up and running within 7–10 business days.
How do you measure results?
We track platform-specific metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, link clicks) alongside qualitative indicators like brand consistency and community response. We share regular reports and interpret the data in plain language — not just numbers.
Who will I be working with?
You'll work directly with Deardire Gregg, founder of StraitLeap, supported by our small, trusted team. We keep our client roster intentionally lean so every partnership receives focused attention.
What if I want to pause or cancel?
We understand business needs change. Month-to-month clients may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Clients on quarterly or annual agreements may pause with written notice, subject to the terms in their service agreement.
