More MTA Bronx Projects
The ADA Package 6 – Middletown Road Accessibility Project will make the Middletown Road station on the 6 line easier to use, with improved access, upgraded tracks, and enhanced utilities.
Additionally, the MTA is upgrading three Metro-North stations in the Bronx: Williamsbridge, Woodlawn, and Botanical Gardens. For general maintenance, elevated structures along the 2 and 5 lines at White Plains Road, as well as the 5 line to Dyre Avenue, will be repaired and painted to improve safety and create a more welcoming environment.
