Thank you for choosing Baskets by StraitLeap for your gifting needs. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience.
Ordering & Service Area
Orders may be placed online and are available throughout New York City and Lower Westchester County, including Yonkers, New Rochelle, and Mount Vernon.
Service Fees & Pricing
All gift baskets include a service fee, which covers customization, item sourcing, assembly, and presentation. All pricing will be clearly communicated and agreed upon prior to order confirmation.
Custom Orders & Substitutions Policy
We specialize in thoughtfully curated and custom gift baskets. While we make every effort to fulfill all requests exactly as ordered, please note:
- Custom orders are subject to product availability at the time of purchase.
- If an item is unavailable, it may be substituted with a similar item of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall theme and quality of the basket.
- Substitutions may be made without prior notice unless a specific item is identified as non-negotiable at the time of ordering.
- Allergy and sensitivity information must be clearly disclosed when placing your order. While we do our best to accommodate allergies, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Holiday & Peak Season Policy
During holidays and peak gifting seasons (including but not limited to Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and other major holidays):
- Orders should be placed well in advance to ensure availability and timely completion.
- Rush orders may be limited or subject to additional fees.
- Customization options may be limited due to high demand.
- Delivery dates are not guaranteed during peak periods and may be impacted by third-party factors such as weather or carrier delays.
Corporate & Bulk Orders
We welcome corporate and bulk orders for client appreciation, employee gifting, and special events.
- Bulk orders may require additional lead time.
- A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure large or corporate orders.
- Final pricing, customization details, and delivery arrangements will be confirmed in writing prior to order approval.
- Changes to bulk orders after confirmation may not be accommodated.

Delivery & Pickup
- Pickup: Free local pickup is available by appointment only.
- Delivery: Delivery is available for an additional fee, based on location and confirmed prior to order completion.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, incorrect addresses, or recipient availability.
Payments
- Full payment is required before an order is processed or fulfilled.
- Orders will not be started without payment confirmation.
Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
- Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
- No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be issued for baskets that have been received and paid for.
- Cancellations are not permitted once an order has been started or completed.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for reviewing all order details prior to submission. Any requested changes must be communicated as soon as possible and are not guaranteed once production has begun.
